The effectiveness of digital platform technologies for producing music content
Abstract
The article presents the results obtained during the scientific and practical research
of the effectiveness of platform technologies for music projects. It contains recommendations for the use of digital technologies for producing music content both nowadays and
in the future. To conduct an empirical study, the method of expert interviews, methods
of quantitative and qualitative data analysis were used. The information was collected from
open Internet sources, analytical data from 146 websites and digital platforms, literary
sources related to the complex analysis and expert classification of modern digital platforms,
including the functions of producing music content. The evaluation of platform technologies
effectiveness for music projects in accordance with the professional functions of a producer
in the field of performing arts was carried out. It is made on the basis of the expert interview
method with subsequent data processing on a computer using the IBM SPSS ® 22 statistical
package. Multidimensional methods and models were used as statistical data analysis: cluster analysis and the method of factor analysis. The main subject of the research is the possibilities and limitations of digital platforms for producing music content. In the course of the study,
recommendations were formulated that can be divided into two parts: the first is aimed
at digital platforms for the creative component of the producer’s activity and content creation.
The second is aimed at the managering and financial part of the project.
