Conditions

  • The User agrees to the terms of this Agreement by checking the box "Accept User Agreement" during registration and/or by downloading the free application from the links posted in the electronic shop.gitis.net , and installations on your personal device (tablets, PCs, netbooks) A product for working with an e-book in offline/online mode.
  • All conditions specified below apply both to the Product as a whole and to all its components individually.
  • E-books purchased on the shop website.gitis.net they work exclusively in the Active Textbook application, the rights to use which are granted to all users who have accepted this agreement by performing the actions described in paragraph 1, free of charge and for an unlimited period. You only pay for purchased e-books if they are distributed by the copyright holder on a paid basis.
  • E-books are presented in publicly available formats that do not have licensing restrictions. The publisher's e-book access management policy for end users is regulated independently and has no licensing restrictions on the part of the Product used for work.
  • You must not modify or adapt the Product in any way. You are not allowed to create copies of the Product for further distribution.
  • You must not provide access to the Product to third parties other than your family members, and you must not use the Product for commercial purposes.
  • You acknowledge that you are not the copyright holder with respect to the Product, and that the Product belongs to the respective copyright holder and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Any information, text, programs, music, sounds, photographs, graphics, videos and other materials ("content") contained in the provided Product are the objects of copyright and intellectual property of their owners. In any use, posting, and distribution of content, you must comply with the laws of the Russian Federation on copyright and intellectual property.
  • The product is delivered "as is". The Company declares that it is not responsible for ensuring that the Product meets your requirements, and that there will be no interruptions or errors during the operation of the Product. You are responsible for choosing the Product that will allow you to achieve the intended results, as well as responsible for the results that will be achieved through the use of the Product. You must bear all risks related to the performance of the Product. The functionality of the Product is not guaranteed in case of violation of the conditions described in the documentation for it, as well as in case of violation by you of the terms of its use. However, the company provides the opportunity to replace the product in case of malfunction. In no case will the company be responsible for any lost profits.

It is forbidden to perform actions:

  • Decompilation and/or modification of the Product and/or its components, with the exception of cases established by mandatory norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation
  • Install the Product on a "hacked" or "unlocked" device; or "hack" and "unlock" a device on which the Product is already installed; otherwise, the Product will not work
  • Self-modernization and / or replacement of Product components, including self-installation of updates for Product components, except in cases of installation of regular Product updates, where a regular update means the installation of a file (set of files) of a certain format provided by the manufacturer of the Product (copyright holder)
  • To assign, lease, rent or temporarily use the Product, provide a subscription to Product, provide outsourcing services using it
  • Divide the Product into its component parts for use on different hardware platforms
  • To use the Product for the purpose of creating data or code intended for use by other software products
  • Publish the results of bench tests of the Product.
